Forensic Nursing Network

Participants will learn how to establish an independent consulting practice, accept and manage cases, systematically review medical records and other evidence, develop defensible opinions, write clear and effective expert reports, and prepare for deposition and courtroom testimony. Through real-world examples, guided exercises, and practical tools, this course takes participants from the business side of consulting through the case review process and ultimately to the witness stand. Participants will leave with the tools, resources, and confidence to move from clinical expertise to expert consulting.
